Come down to Arc in Reddish this Saturday for a fun-filled afternoon for all the family.
You'll find
lots of handmade goodies for sale including original artwork, gifts, jewellery, prints and festive decorations (including Netty and Di's Xmas range!). There will also be Christmasy craft activities for both families and grown ups, a tombola, raffle and plenty of hot drinks and yummy homemade cakes to keep you going!

We are delighted to be featuring our festive favourites at Arc's Art Bazaar this weekend, not only because it is a fabulous event, but also as it's a special place close to our hearts! Netty and Di met at Arc nearly 10 years ago whilst working as community artists and designers for the charity. Arc is an arts for health organisation that uses art making and creativity to help vulnerable people build their self-confidence, increase wellbeing and feel more a part of their local community. Both of us passionately believe in the power of creativity on mental health and continue to work with Arc and in arts for health to this day.
If you're free this weekend, please come down and say hello. All proceeds raised will help Arc to continue offering creative opportunities to the most vulnerable young people and adults across Stockport.

<![CDATA[Oh deer!]]>Thu, 30 Oct 2014 22:01:09 GMThttp://www.nettyanddi.co.uk/blog/oh-deer

We're busy designing, experimenting, prototyping and learning lots about the art of laser cutting.

We are exploring double walled corrugated cardboard to see how it will help us create 3d festive creative kits for children (and adults) to decorate.

Here's our deer, painted in neon pink and bronze, echoing the 'dipped' look which is so on trend at the moment. The antlers have a healthy dose of glitter!

Following some design tweaks and a photoshoot, we hope to have this product on sale in a week or so, in plenty of time for Christmas. We hope you like it.

Follow us on Facebook or Twitter for news on competitions and giveaways!
